By accessing or using Scholastic Nexus (the “Service”), operated by ALG Innovation Group Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Scholastic Nexus provides informational and educational resources, planning tools, and community features for school board members, HSA/PTO leaders, education foundations, and district teams. Some features require a paid membership.
3. Accounts
You may register for an account to access member features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity on your account. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Account Settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, disrupting the platform, or attempting to bypass access limits. Community spaces are for sharing ideas only; deliberation on confidential or legally sensitive matters should not occur here.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Resources, articles, and tools are provided for your informational use. Content generated by the Service (including AI-assisted articles) may contain general information and is not legal, financial, or medical advice. Trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

8. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid memberships are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
